Thanks - yes i get you. The water is just muddied out there with people recommending certain guitar amps - which makes no sense to me. That being said - I want something small and sonically very good. I have a few gigs a year on large stages - but a 1 - 12" setup has always been sufficient. I have owned many of the QSC K series products - great performers. As this is now a hobby may downgrade a little to the Yamaha DBR series???? Not sure why folks don't use these over "dedicated modeling amp powered speaker products" - - like Headrush, Line6 and others (some quite pricey) ??? still looking - THANKS!! oh - and MONO

Sorry - i am new here and I am sure this is an old topic - but I did not find it ? With much discussion around powered speakers to use on stage as a monitor for a POD GO. I am going to make the assumption that using the full modeling features of the device, I would want something on stage that is closely mirroring what is coming out FOH ?? That being said - a nice QSC 10 or 12 powered cab would fit the bill nicely?? Why would I want anything else? What am i missing here?
