  1. You are right. And I found out how it works. It is just a really great feature equipping a FS. Makes the POD Go a lot better. Thank you for your help voxman.
  2. You are right. I should have taken the FS-6. But I am keeping the FS-7, because of the portability. What I have not got yet is, how do I bind the FS7 and 8 as an A/B switch? What do I have to setup in the software as you do, to switch between live and rythm, for example? I have done what you suggested: Global Settings > Switches/Pedals > EXP 2 FS7/8 is set to “FS7/8.” But I am not certain how to bind them now. The POD Go is still very new to me. But maybe it is about the FS-7 itself. There is an Y-cable for the power supply provided, but I did not buy the PSA AC Adapter, that is not included. In the manual of the FS-7 it is said, that a power supply is needed to use the momentary switch mode. The line6 power supply would work, because it has the same socket as the provided Y-Parallel-DC-Cable. The voltage is the same, but the FS-7 only has a rating of 25 mA. I am not certain if I can use the line 6 power supply to power the Boss and the Pod go at the same time. The line 6 power suppy is providing 650mA and the Boss PSA power supply 500mA. I have not found out what the power consumption of the POD Go is to calculate if I may could damage the FS-7, when using the Line 6 power supply. If I could use the line6 one, I would save a lot of money.
  3. Many thanks for your help bought the Boss FS07, because it is small and powered by a power supply unit. I am looking forward to play with it and my line6 Pod Go.
  4. Thank you for your help. How does the momentary switch on FS7/8 work on the POD Go? Do I need to hold the switch down as long as I want the change to occur or does the POD Go changes the sound until I press it again? And do you have any suggestions on which switch to use? Found the Boss FS-5U for example.
  5. When did you buy yours? Maybe they changed the cable included. Could you make a photo of the text on the cable. I am just curious. Have attached the cable delivered with mine.
  6. Do I have to make two different presets to do that, or is possible to use different amps, or the set amp with different settings in the snapshot function? All that worked for me so far, was deactivating it in one snapshot. Before I bought the POD Go, I was using a Korg AX1500g, where it was possible to switch between clean and distorted in every single preset (more or less).
  7. My POD Go is now running with v1.3 and the GT10II is also running normally. You could be right with the fully charging before updating. The POD Go is not very friendly with new users. The GT10II error was not the only error I had with the device in my first days. The manual is not very clear on how to set up your new device and I was a little p***ed off at Line 6 at first. I still say it is a great device.
  8. Maybe I found a solution. You need to go to the line6 homepage, then to downloads, then choose the Pod Go wireless or just Pod Go (I think, it does not matter) and then drivers. Install the Line 6 Driver 2 on your computer. I have installed the USB ones first, but after that, I installed the other one and I think there were the USB ones listed as well. Maybe you already have tried that, but for me, it was the solution and now it is even working with just the cable. Bought an active USB-hub today for nothing. Don't know, why line 6 has not suggested this after getting a ticket.
  9. My original cable is a shielded high speed usb cable, that does not sound like crap to me.
  10. I have tried a shielded USB Cable and an active USB-HUB. Still I do just get the triangle, that there is something wrong with the device in the device manager. The worst thing about this is, that users who can not fix this problem are not even able to update the device again. I know that it is working on my home computer just fine, but I am out of home under the week and with my Laptop, it is not working. It is really annoying to me, that I only can use POD Go edit on the weekends, because it is the best feature of the whole device.
  11. I mean, that I want to play with a cable during the time the wireless GT10 is loading and that is not possible, because while loading, the jack is occupied. There are other outputs/inputs on the device, why is it not possible to load it on another. I am still waiting to get the thing fully loaded and have not even been able to try it out yet.
  12. Hello, am just wondering if there is any way to load the G10TII while using the POD Go with a cable? Have tried it with a Y-Audio-Jack, but that does not seem to work. If there is no other way than the guitar in, it is a bad design choice to me.
  13. I have managed to fix it by installing V1.21.0 again. Now the G10TII is activating itself, when plugged into the guitar IN. I do not know, what I did wrong, maybe I have to do the update just with the line 6 updater and not with the POD Go Edit software.
  14. Hello, yesterday I bought a brand new POD GO wireless, after updating it to 1.30, nothing is happening anymore, after I am plugging the G10TII into the guitar jack IN. Before the update it was loading it and also syncing with it. Am I missing something in the POD Go Edit Software to update the G10 itself, or is this a known issue? Is there any way, I can install earlier software to the device?
