Yes, I have the Global Settings>Ins/Outs set to Return. It was already set to Return.

Hey, I also have the same Problem! But if I do the factory resset, it's the same. (Every effect i put infront of the Mono FX block WORKS. Every effect ( tried all reverbs and delays) i put after the Mono FX block Dont affect the sound at all.)
