I've had my Pod GO since 2020. It stopped working over night in last december. Just white screen of death. The end. Instructed by support I sent the device to one of service centers in Poland. Verdict? New motherboard is needed. Guys were very honest and upfront about the fact that based in their experience it may take a while before they receive the spare parts.
It's been 2 months... they still didn't get the replacement part and they can't tell when they will get it. I'm hobbyist, but image this was my working tool? How are Line6 supplies organized in EU? This is unacceptable...
Frankly this made me realize that we're buying hardware for serious $$$ which may fail at any time and is basically unfixable, or fixable at 50% cost of the new unit... if you're lucky and the required spare parts are available.
