I recently bought a Pod Go, and am trying to learn how to use it. As I understood it, it's supposed to come with a set of pre-designed presets in the "Factory" list. On the unit I got, all of the Factory AND User presets say, "01A (01B, 01C, etc.) New Preset" and have four completely empty blocks, and one each for outboard effects, amp model, and cab model. How do I get the presets that are supposed to be on my device? Thanks, Neil Farrell
