  1. @datacommando thanks. I have had at least one other HX Effects user confirm my experience and there is no “Remove” option on HX Effects (perhaps because there are fewer scribble strips on which to display options). I will raise a support ticket with them and see what happens, till then it’s a workaround situation.
  2. @datacommando Thanks for the reply. I’ve done that procedure (use delete button to remove all characters). After I do that and press OK I’m left with a switch/scribble strip which reads nothing (blank label) it does not reset. Im on firmware 3.71.0
  3. Hi. Once you have customized a switch (with a custom effect name and colour) it is VERY difficult to reverse. Instead of Cancel or Erase/Delete, which either takes you out of the Customize page or allows you to erase/delete characters leaving the name blank. The reason this is particularly a problem is: If you want to use Command Centre to assign switches in stomp mode to recall Snapshots, the Snapshot names do not appear, the scribble strips continue to display their customized effect name, EVEN if they have been unassigned to the effect block. There needs to be a Reset or Clear command on that page to simply remove all customisation on the switch. Trust me, I’ve been working on this for a while both on the HX Effects directly and using HX Edit and if there is a way to do this it’s VERY hard to find. My only recourse is to rebuild a whole preset from scratch without customisation (I can’t even find a way to Clear all contents of a preset leaving it blank and free of all settings). Any sage advice welcome, and any input from Line 6 would be fantastic. Could Clear or Reset switch customisation be added in firmware at some point (and Clear Preset). Thanks! :)
