Recently Purchased a Helix. Got it updated to 3.10 the day I bought it and with the last update I got the Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode! message on my Helix.

I am having the same issue. Boot Failure. Entered Update Mode. In the middle of the update, the computer crashed. Now I am stuck in this state. Can someone please help? Thank you
