I updated to 3.8 on my helix floor but the new amps do not appear either on the floor display or in HX Edit. I have HX Edit 3.7 installed but the update seemed to go ok. I now learn that Mcbook Mojave is not compatible with HX Edit 3.8. I still dont understand why amps not showing on the floor display though. Any help appreciated please?

Hi. My presets are configured with 4 snapshots. The Helix is set to 4 Snapshots and 4 presets. When I select a new preset or return to a previous preset I want it always to default to Snapshot #1. At the moment it always returns to whatever Snapshot was selected when the preset was changed. Does anybody know how to do this? I am used to Axe FX where this is the default.

Please add a programmable harmony scale as is an option as provided in the Fractal Axe FX and FM9 modellers. it allows an adjustable / variable pitch harmony for each of the notes in a scale. It is incredibly useful for creating those guitar harmonies that move across two or even three chords.
