I bought a new phone and tried to install the Amplifi app. However, even after downloading the file directly from the LINE 6 website, I can't install it, and an error occurs saying the phone is not compatible with the app. Is there any solution to this problem? The phone is new, released this year, so I don't think the issue is due to the device being outdated.
