The exakt same thing happened to me. Although I used the HX edit to update the software. Now my HX stomp is stuck in boot. It won't start.
I've tried to hold down all three pedals to factory reset but again, nothing happens.
My additional issue is that my brand new Macbook Air won't let me install the Line6 Updater. The reason is that Apple doesn't know if there's spyware in the files. Can someone pleasse help me, and us. I guess we have the same problem, but you at least have the updater on your computer.
