Can anyone send me tips on how to get the 4 cable to work with HX ONE? I'm trying to insert dirt pedals, but no matter what I choose on I/O and pre/post I'm just getting nothing. Can't hear my dirt at all. Is there a GLOBAL setting that I'm not hitting?

So, I am new to the HX effects. Here's my dilemma. Everytime I make a patch and then try to come back it to later, it is muted. So I have to start on a new available patch, which has sound. I'm assuming I'm hitting a button or setting that is doing this. I could really use help. Thanks.
