I'm new here, so apologies if this is a stupid question, but I've just bought a Pod XT Live from a bloke in the pub called Gary, and I can't get it to work. I don't know whether it's broken, or if I'm just doing something stupid.
I've connected my guitar to the input, and my amplifier to the output, but I don't get any sound out. When I flick the Line/Amp switch from side to side I get a click out of my speaker, so there's definitely something there. It all lights up ok, and I got the tuner to work so it recognises that there's an input.
Do I need to have downloaded some software, or do I need a licence key or something, or did Gary just sell me a broken one?
