Hi! im a complete noob. just bought my first digital modelling gear (line 6 helix). I have 2 questions.
most importantly:
I'm at the very beginning trying to learn the device and while trying to make my first preset, my output signal suddenly disappeared. the helix shows input level, but there's no sound in either of the jack outputs.
does anyone know how to fix this? I think it happened while changing the signal path, but I've tried returning to original settings and it didn't change anything.
secondly-
I was not able to install the line 6 updater cause my Mac wasn't able to scan it for malware
so I may have an old updates bug.
if anyone know how I can override the Macs refusal to install, that would be great!
