I bought an original Floor Pod off eBay. The seller sent the wrong power supply, 24vdc, and I never caught it before plugging it in. Not long after a capacitor popped. I've replaced the cap and now have the correct test point voltages but it only flashes when plugged it. Any advise would help. I found the rs232 communication header on it, 3v- txd-rxd-rst-gnd as it I couldn't do more harm I jumpered gnd to rst. That got every light on it lit up but when removed I'm back to the original issue. The chips in the logic area all have their 5vdc power but those in the output section don't.
