  1. Oh and Mesa Dual Rectifier Recto-Verb 25
  2. Hi, I'm just setting up my new HX effects pedalboard to replace my previous TC Nova unit, and would like to run it using 4CM. I haven't created any of my own banks yet only the pre-installed being used. But when hooking it up in 4CM there is an awful high frequency whistle in the background constantly (which changes pitch slightly when switching between the Line6 4CM template banks). This instantly goes away when removing the send /receive cables and running all effects at the front. At the moment it is only the guitar straight in and out to amp via HX effects box. I have the washing machine on at the moment but on a completely separate power circuit so the fact the hum is there only on 4CM is intriguing me? I'll try again on machine cycle end to see if it was appliance "noise" interferring and run all at front for the moment (sounds OK anyway) but would like to know if I am making a newbies error here? Thanks for reading Tony
  3. Thanks for that Edstar, I will do just that. Cheers
  4. OK, have got the guitar home and uploaded the new flash (2.10) and was having a little play around and I think I now know what may be happening. The processor seems to be randomly scrolling through models (and possibly tunings). You could see this through Workbench HD one minute it would be on one then without touching a thing bam, another. And as I was on my custom sets, it sounded very strange jumping from Sitar to 12 string and then Les Paul randomly. This may also explain the volume changes from model to model. Anyone else had this or know how to remedy?
  5. With Normal guitar I mean going back to the guitars magnetic pups not via the piazzo and processor
  6. Hi Jeff, thanks for the reply, I don't think it can be this. I have a 59, and any strings I have bust have seemed to be intact. I was wondering if it was an issue with the processor struggling to convert the tuning?
  7. Hi, I seem to have a problem with my JTV59 rear its head. Last night whilst rehearsing I was using the guitar through the modelling processor (piezzo) and an alt tuning, and the sound volume and quality kept changing. Almost like a bad lead connection making and breaking? All my leads were OK as the problem went away when returning to normal guitar use. The guitar is only 9 months old, but if there's a quick fix without the need to return to the shop? Cheers
