I have a new Variax Standard. I have downloaded the Monkey and HD Workbench software and have tried to connect up my guitar but to no avail. Monkey says that there is no drivers/software for the guitar and having tried several other pathways to get the driver, nothing works. I saw a reference to a problem with a Microsoft issue but I'm not able to understand what needs to happen to correct the situation. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gary Griffith
