New to Spider V – how to pair macbook to spider v 20 Mkii

I experienced the same thing. I first thought there was something wrong with my very expensive USB-cable I bought. My solution was: I updated the firmware to V2.05 but my Spider V30 already was on firmware V2.05. And that did it! It now works.
