Recently when I was playing my JT variax into my Helix I noticed my low e string went up an octave in pitch when I accidentally hit the pickup selector. I have the preset saved to a strat in standard tuning with a particular snapshot. I can't figure out why it keeps happening. When using the helix with the variax I'm using different guitar models with different snapshots. Great sounds but I can't seem to fix this problem. Any advice?
