Welp... I'm realizing that with certain patches I can actual achieve a nice time sweep by setting heel to 1/4 note and toe to whole note for instance. Other patches just kind of glitch out unfortunately. The vintage digital does it fine...

I think you might be right but it seems crazy that the helix can't do something so simple that the DL4 always does. It might be a deal breaker on this unit for me since I need agility with my delays (for experimental dubbing, etc).

I have it set to "Authentic" and it sounds fine when set to ms/sec but then I can't use tap. When I try something similar by setting heel to 1/4 note and toe to 1/2 note it just sounds like a quick little glitchy sound and no organic time knob effect.

Ok so the video explains but basically Im trying to set up my exp pedal with my HX Stomp for delay time/repeat fuctions while always being able to also use tap tempo. Setting note values doesn't achieve the effect Im looking for (pitch/time stretch warble) with my my exp pedal sweep. If I set the time with ms/sec it works but then I can't use tap? Please help Here's what Im trying to do:
