I have the same problem here. Just bought the spider v20 and installed the spider v remote software. The software keeps disconnecting and I have to unplug the pc cable to connect again. While doing that, I get blue screens every now and then. I've tried different Windows machines but with the same result. Online I read multiple complaints about the same problem, so what is the solution to this problem cause I couldn't find.
