  1. same issue, tried everything, finally worked ... for one day behavor totally random now
  2. ok it worked for 1 day and crashes again.
  3. This is just a sum up of everything found in the numerous threads. And it finally worked for me. When it works, the app is awesome. I hit the same problems as many users here: - device not found by the app, freeze, ... - then applying one of the AMP tab (first tab) preset would work but the app freezes then the connection with the device is lost. Must unplug replug the usb. However at this point, the CLOUD tab started working perfectly - finally everything is working now. My windows is windows pro, all windows updates applied. Amp is Spider V20 with latest firmware. I installed the latest driver but I doubt it is even used by windows. Remote version is 2.01 I tried both USB 2 AND 3, both works now No idea if it has any impact but in the settings, I untick the 4 options (3 Warn of and Enable Amp Tap Light) What I sure had an effect is: - Install Microsoft Visual C++ redistribuable, BOTH x64 && x86 -> this allowed me to have a stable CLOUD tab working - installing last version of .Net framework (me 4.8.1) -> this allowed me to have the AMP tab stop freezing What fixes problems for many users: - open regedit Ordinateur\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse and set MouseSensitivity to 5 Hope that helps because the app is cooool.
