I guess it´s the same that I'm experiencing with my Stomp. Have you found a solution for that?

Yes, it seems the encounters are not working correctly, because as I said they not only cause too big jumps, but also backwards jumps.e.g. I´m turning clockwise and the value (in my example it´s the mid frequency parameter in a "simple eq" block) jumps backwards to a lower value. Is there anything I can do about it?

Thanks, but in my case the issue only concerns the 3 encounters below the display.

Hello there, I'm new to this forum. I have an issue with my Helix Stomp: for example when I turn the mid frequency knob in the "simple eq" block to go from let's say 400 Hz to 700 Hz, I have to turn very very slow, otherwise the frequrency jumps from 400 to 900 Hz or it jumps even backwards to 200 Hz although I'm turning the knob clockwise. This is only one example. The same thing happens when I´m setting the low cut in a "parametric eq" block or the crossover frequency for a parallel path. And the issue is not related to one specific knob, but to one of those 3 knobs under the display. I hope I´m clear enough in the description. My unit is two years old. I guess the problem was there right from the beginning, but I don´t remember exactly. I guess at the beginning I haven´t taken too much notice of it. I have already done a factory reset, but the issue is still the same? Does anybody has any ideas?
