Same problem here brand new HD 500x registered with line 6. Followed instructions to install fully loaded bundle to the letter. Have latest drivers and firmware for both flash and usb. Licence manager recognizes device. But no extra model packs showing, also does not show on authorized device page when I check on my account. Have spent a long time trying to sort this out when I would sooner have been enjoying my new pedal !!
