I am having problem with using my AMPLIFi 75/150/FX100 device as a recording interface for my DAW software. I have updated the device to the latest firmware (v2.010) and installed the ASI0 driver for windows, but my DAW software does not recognize the device as an audio input or output device. I have tried different USB ports, cables, and settings, but nothing seems to work. The device works fine as a standalone amp and effects processor, and it can stream music from my mobile device via Bluetooth, but it cannot connect to the DAW software.
I have checked the recording guide and the forum posts, but I did not find any solution or explanation for this issue. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this problem and how they solved it.
