Life-saver!! I got this to work. Weirdly, it seems like my drive pedal (TC Nova Drive) is 1-indexed, but the HX Stomp Program Change commands are 0-indexed... ie. I need to send PC#6 in order to change my drive pedal to program 7. This isn't a huge deal at all, but it's a bit wonky. Thanks so much for the clarification here on the Instant commands!

Hi! I am trying to Customize the specific MIDI Program Change command that is sent when accessing a specific preset. Example, I have an external drive pedal with 18 preset slots, and I want to be able to freely assign ANY one of those 18 settings to ANY one of my HX Stomp Presets. The default setting in the HX Stomp is to send a Program Change command for the exact corresponding number of the preset, ie. when going to preset 1C (or 3), HX Stomp sends a Program Change command with the value 3. I learned that there is a way to Deactivate this automatic command using the Global settings, but is there a way to customize it instead? I would love to be able to automatically map any of my drive settings to my Stomp presets without having to first assign one of my Footswitches in Command Center and then having to hit that footswitch after accessing the preset. Any ideas?
