  1. Thanks for your suggestions. I will try them this week, and I'll let you know the results. I also purchased a USB ground loop eliminator to see if that helps. That should arrive in a few days. As far as the blinking light goes, I think the flickering just shows that the computer's HDD is being assessed.
  2. Hi. When I run Helix Native, I'm getting a lot of noise (that's kind of a static sound). This is especially true when running patches with high gain. The noise is in time with the power light flickering on my computer. It will even do it if I have no guitar plugged into the system. I considered getting a new computer, but from everything I've read, it sounds like my current system should be more than able to handle Helix Native without any problem. Here's what I've got: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz 4.00 GHz Installed RAM 16.0 GB Storage 1.82 TB HDD TOSHIBA DT01ACA200, 699 GB HDD Hitachi HTS547575A9E384, 932 GB SSD Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (2 GB) System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor I believe it's a quad core. For my sound interface, I'm using a Steinberg UR22. I don't know if it matters, but I've tried two different DAWs, including Mixcraft and Cakewalk. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
