I am having the same problem: my Pod XT Live doesn't show up anywhere on my Mac - not in the Audio Midi Utility, not in Monkey but it DOES show up in Parallels device list as "Pod XT Live #4". However, Monkey still doesn't see the Pod, even though Parallels does. I guess I'll need to try a windows machine to see if will work, there. sigh
