  1. they responded to my ticket today and said they didnt think it was a bug. i should factory reset. and they "couldnt reproduce it on 1.2" which is complete nonsense.. i didnt say to reproduce it on 1.2.. i said start with 1.11.0 and load the patch.. then upgrade and you will have the nightmare. if "factory reset" is the only path forward this should have been a major version change not a minor and there should have been disclosure and warnings saying yeah youre about to throw away all your work and youre going to get to rebuild from the ground up. im not hopeful for this. they arent taking it seriously at all. this is a beta piece of junk and after years gigging with line 6 products boys im about to have to go find a company that both produces and conducts itself a little better than what we are currently dealing with. we could be friends Line 6.. people stare at me playing your gear every week.. how about i just let the masses see what junk you guys are putting out these days? factory resetting my sound isnt what we are going to do.. its not a path forward for anyone that plays outside their bedroom.. i mean.. that nonsense doesnt even make it to the garage.
  2. good news boys... after fighting with their website for 14 days.. they made the mistake of sending me a customer satisfaction survey .... and that seems to have helped them fix their ticketing site... probably didnt do much for the job security of the QA team. but today i got my first ticket filed with the exact steps to replicate the bug. its super simple to replicate. now its on to the waiting game. and that patch i gave them is so awesome.. if they had any sense at all they would include it in the next release so you guys can at least attempt to sound as good as me. :)
  3. i want the previous version of the firmware released.. so i can install that without their song nonsense no real musician is going to use so my presets works again and i can use the board for live performance.
  4. i mean right now in chrome.. I tried yesterday with the same result.. you say chrome works.. i try chrome.. ive tried pretty much every other browser as well. Ive gotten the same result from multiple platforms.. multiple linux boxes.. macos boxes .. and android phones. (im a software developer.. i do this for a living.... the site is borked.. and i wouldnt even care if the board wasnt also borked. 2300 dollar paper weight. there is no QA happening and they are hiding from the support of their dumpster fire)
  5. ive been trying since the update was released to submit a ticket for THIS VERY ISSUE. you cant.. their site is broke too.
  6. this last update borked it pretty good.. they need to put out a PATCH ASAP. If you reboot... it fixes it.. but then if you try to switch patches.. the thing gets hosed up like a mute is hung on it or something and you arent getting any signal out of any output. I played this thing for 2 weeks.. now i think i might have to go back to the helix until they get this sorted. I regret updating it in a BIGLY way right now. how do i file a bug ticket?
