I've only had my XL for a short time. I originally had it hooked up to my amp using the 4 cable method and it worked good for all of the effects. But I'd like to simplify things, have less cords etc. And I was wondering how do you use reverb and delays in front of my amp? They sound bad and very off. Is there some setting I have to adjust to make them sound (right) good? I'm also thinking about getting a different amp that doesn't have an effects loop so that's another reason why i'm trying to figure this out.
