The only problem with this is that I cannot record into a DAW for when I'm writing stuff. I suppose I could just alternate between the 2 however.

Hey yall, so I've been having this problem where when I have my amp plugged into my pc, which I usually do to record or play along with songs through Spotify or YouTube, the volume of the "speakers" on windows is insanely loud through my headphones. I end up having to set it to like 3/100. This makes it still loud but not destroying my eardrums loud, but obviously leaves very little room for adjustment. On top of this, it occasionally sets itself back too 100 volume when I turn on my pc and then I end up getting my ears ATTACKED. Is there a way, through windows, or the amp itself to limit or cap the volume at say volume 100 being the equivalent of what is now volume 10?
