  1. Hopefully someone here can help provide this, as I haven't been able to google for it, so here goes. My guitarist has a G30 wireless and I have a Shure GLX-D16+. I've never had a single issue with dropouts on mine, but my guitarist almost always has an issue with dropouts at gigs. I plan on buying an RF scanner soon so we can vet our channel settings at future gigs, but I can't find a list of what the frequencies are for the channels for the G30. Does anyone have a list of these freqs so I can 1) make sure that he and I aren't stepping on each others' toes wirelessly, and 2) make sure we set it to the right channel at a venue? Thanks!
  2. Thanks both of you for the quick responses, and I appreciate the additional detail. I signed up for IdeaScale yesterday and submitted a Join request for the community, but I'm still awaiting that approval as of now, so I guess I'll just sit tight a bit more. I'll be sure to thoroughly search for any existing FRs that may already exist and upvote those, and good call on the use of the sticky thread here, thanks. Again, appreciate the help!
  3. I don't know if this will be possible to do to the extent that I'm looking for, but figured I'd give it a whirl. I know I can control my Helix from a Reaper session, and I'll be implementing those controls into our live set soon. But we're also trying to find the best way to trigger our backing tracks, and I'd love to be able to have a display that shows the song that's cued up. Think Oaktone Floor Vista, but for people with less-than-great vision who need a bigger screen. I believe that the Helix can send MIDI commands from Stomp Mode and it should also be able to receive MIDI commands, USB MIDI should be bidirectional without issue. The big question is: Can the Helix somehow receive a text string from Reaper, such as a Region label or cue Marker, and display that somewhere on the Helix Floor display? I've never seen it done, and I can't find any resources. I found a thread here asking about a notes field, but I never saw any further mention of it. Does anyone have any good news?
