I have a preowned Helix, PowerCab112 Plus and Variax JTV 59 : DREAM RIG. I want to set everything up in the proper order. Since it is preowned, I'm imagining a factory reset is in order. I do not want to save any of the previous owner presets on the Helix so my questions are
1) How do I return the Helix to new, out-of-box condition and is that in fact the first thing that I should do?
2) Do the Variax or Powercab Plus need any type of reset? How?
3) In what order do you recommend downloading all the proper software, updates for these 3 units?
