I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I have encountered while updating the firmware on my Helix LT. I recently attempted to update to the latest firmware version (v3.70); but the process did not go as smoothly as I had hoped.
I followed the instructions on the Line 6 website; ensuring that my Helix LT was connected to my computer via USB and that I had the latest Line 6 Updater installed.
I initiated the update, and the Updater indicated that the process was underway. Although; about halfway through; the Updater froze and eventually gave an error message stating that the update had failed.
After the failure; I tried rebooting the Helix LT and reconnecting it to the Updater; but the device no longer shows up as connected. Additionally; the Helix LT display remains blank; and there are no signs of activity.

I am concerned that the firmware update might have bricked the device. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any advice on how to resolve this?
