Hi everyone, I'm trying to use the footswitch to change snapshots and it doesn't seem to be working. I have effects assigned to slots 1 &4 (which would be the up and down buttons). When I hold both down, instead of taking me to the page to switch snapshots, it's just turning on and off those 2 effects. I even tried moving the effects to different slots and it still didn't work. Thanks in advance!

I just got an HX Stomp XL. I created a preset using HX edit with a clean amp, distortion pedal, wah, reverb and a compressor. On the unit the only block that is showing up to turn on and off is the distortion pedal. If I long press the mode button I see everything in an edit mode, but when it's not in that mode I can't control anything but the distortion pedal.
