My turn to try and bump this topic from the graveyard.
Yesterday the same thing happened to me during rehearsal.
I use only one patch with several snapshots and in the middle of a song, the volume dropped to half without any motive.
I know it's not the PA on which I was running through because I was using one of the outputs from the helix lt connected to my audio interface and it recorded the volume drop.
No phantom power turned on any of the groups to which the helix lt was connected.
It was the first time it happened, I've been using the helix at home without every noticing this, but I haven't gotten the helix for a long time. I'm at the latest firmware 2.54.
Any ideas on why this occurred?
I was secure enough to use the helix at my next gig but now, not so much..
