I have the same problem. I've reinstalled and redownloaded it from website maybe 3-4 times but that didn't work. So i also trying to find solution to this

I've edited my tone a couple times. First save i had everything perfect (effects, order, settings). Second time i've edited effect and saved it, i didn't like it. Is there any way i can return to the first save?

I'm having a problem with saving tones in Spider V Remote on PC. When I save them on PC in My Tones, they disappear after 30 seconds. But if I do the same thing on my phone, everything is saved and doesn't disappear. What is the problem? I have Spider V 20 MKII amp
