  1. My stomp is connected to my camera via USB so I can record video and capture the the stomp's output at the same time. So this simple set up allows me to record video of my playing while also recording the processed guitar. This also records backing tracks or songs from youtube playing from my PC/mp3 player when I use Aux in of the stomp.
  2. Hello, I have an HX Stomp XL. I want to play along with backing tracks from my PC. I am currently using a 3.5 mm to 1/4" adaptor to connect headphone output from my PC to the Aux In of the stomp. This works fine but the backing track volume I hear in the headphones plugged in directly into the stomp is significantly lower than the guitar. This is with windows volume maxed on the PC. Would it be fine if I connect an external headphone amp between my PC and Stomp? I want to amplify the signal the signal coming from my PC before it reaches the Aux In of the Stomp? Will this be fine? For reference, I have a Douk U3 headphone amp which has RCA input and 1/4" output. Thanks! And yes, I know I can play backing tracks via USB but my camera is connected via USB. I want to use Aux In specifically for backing tracks.
