i updated with latest firmware, looper glitch gone, but now all the reverbs past 10 o'clock on mix knob are saturated and clipping, and delays arent far behind. sounds like they are clipping too. Subbed out the mk2 with a trusted boss DL-3 and no clipping. Please line 6, sort this out.
