Maxandroxy

I have recently received my brand new HX Stomp. Scrolling through the factory presets, there are no prefixes such as BAS, DIR, etc that I believe should be there. I have only “New Preset” followed by a number, e.g 02A, 02B, 02C, etc. I am therefore unable to determine which presets would be suitable for the bass guitar. Does this require me to perform a reset and will doing so rectify the issue? Thanks.
