  1. Hey Ho... The joys of modernity. I've just re-run the complete update, and the issue seems to have resolved itself. :-)
  2. I haven't re-installed any of my custom presets, IRs, or anything else yet - I simply turned the unit on, checked what ams and cabs etc were there, did the firmware update, and now when I try to select some blocks, the list of amps shows all the amps that were previously there, but only the new amps added by 2.3 are in bold text, and only they are selectable. Same story with the effects. And the cursor skips straight past the amps and effects that were not added by 2.3. Likewise, the cursor skips straight past the Amp+Cab section, and straight past the Cab section (becuase none of those were added by the 2.3 update).
  3. Hi, I have bought a new Helix floor (actually a replacement/upgrade for a broken Helix LT) and the installed firmware was 1.2 or something like that. First thing I've done is download the new firmware.... ... and now the only amps and effects that are available are the new amps included in the new firmware. Nothing that was not "new" with 2.3 remains on the unit. All the cabs, combos, and effects that were on board have been removed (although the names remain). I was kind of expecting that the new firmware installation would leave everything already on board intact, and would also download everything that had been added in every firmware update since the firmware that came with the unit. It appears that I was not correct about that. SO my question is... How do I get the unit properly up to date with everything that has been created since firmeware 1.2? Do I need to go back through all the firmware updates, one by one, and install each one in turn, ensuring that I have created a full back-up each time? That seems arduous and illogical. Help please? And thanks in advance. Cheers, Ian.
