Hello! The level knob controls the output volume of a signal, adjusting its loudness. The mix knob (or wet/dry) blends the unprocessed (dry) signal with the processed (wet) signal from an effect, determining the ratio between them. They aren't the same because the mix knob inherently includes the original sound in the TxTag org output, whereas a level knob on a processed signal doesn't offer this blend control.
