I just bought a Helix floor model. Opening the HX Edit app, I was told to update the firmware to 3.80.0. Everything seemed to work fine, but then the display on my Helix says; "Boot failure. Entered update mode" I was told to turn off the Helix, and then on again, but the same thing happens. What can I do?
