Thank you @NoSlowhand. I just received my Stadium XL from Sweetwater as well, and was running into the exact same problem. And the Line6 website support ticket submission was not working, so I was at a loss for how to troubleshoot. I downloaded Line6 Central and updated to firmware 1.2 from there. As soon as the update was done on the Helix, and it rebooted, the login function worked properly and I was in. Thanks for cluing us in!
