I have an HX Stomp feeding from the main output into a Scarlett interface. I also have it connected via USB to my computer. I can record guitar to two separate tracks (one with effects active and one as a dry for re-amping. What I can't do is set my guitar to a comfortable level to be able to record effectively. Can anyone help?

I recently got a Helix and I've got the hang of the basics ... but now I seem to have gotten stuck in snapshot mode and can't get out. This means that I cannot access the tuner by pressing the third footswitch - it just takes me to the third snapshot setting. :(

Just received my HX Stomp. Out of the box the display just comes up with 'Preset 1' (A ... B ... C) through to Preset 42. How do I get it to display the proper names? Thanks, I know this has probably been asked a thousand times before.
