I've tried that, getting error code 8000200B. I'm able to login to the License Manager app so I imagine the issue may be due to Line 6 no longer supporting the Monkey servers. Thanks for the reply!

Hello, Hello, Bought a PodXT recently and I've been trying to update the firmware from 1.xx to 3.01. I've got the latest drivers so I can get the PodXT to connect through Monkey and show the ESN, but there's just nothing shown under the items tab where I'm expecting info about the device to be displayed. I've done lots of googling but can't seem to find anyone who's had this exact problem, I know this thing is going on 20 years old and I don't expect Line 6 support to offer help but there has to be someone else who's had this issue before. Any advice is much appreciated!
