  1. I encountered the change in pitch when switching snapshots, but it my case it disappeared after setting the Tap Tempo Pitch to Transparent.
  2. Yes, pretty much similar to what I got from opening a ticket: However, the screenshots are not (only) manually saved presets, but random shots, taken when browsing the amps, using the Focus View etc. Makes you really wonder what future feature will use them...
  3. While performing a backup of the microSD card on my computer, I discovered on the card a folder named Screenshots, with lots of actual screenshots of the unit screen (taken during day to day use). Does anyone know what they are used for and what triggers them?
  4. ISSUE SOLVed! I ended up opening a ticket for this issue. The workaround I was given was this: I did the factory reset, then re-uploaded a track (without reinstalling the backup). The audio from the track survived the on/off cycle. But, after reinstalling the backup, the track audio died after the first on/off cycle. I went with the second option they suggested - unmount the SD card (back it up on a computer if necessary), then reinstall it in the Stadium and do an SD format, then try again. I did that and this time it works - the audio keeps running after the on/off cycle (I did not put back the folders saved from the card, I just left it freshly formated by the unit). So far, so good!
  5. I was trying to avoid a factory reset :)
  6. I just updated to 1.3.1 and the tracks in Showcase keep losing output after reboot. After update, I deleted the old tracks, then reimported one and it worked fine until the next reboot. Anybody got any workarounds?
  7. Eric Klein says here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXcLPsrgWso they are aiming for March. The units at NAMM have the Proxy installed.
  8. Seems like the Proxy option is out at NAMM. Anybody got the chance to test it?
  9. Just received the screen protector for my Stadium. It is hybrid glass, not tempered glass, but should do the job of protecting the screen from normal wear. They have multiple options for the Stadium. https://www.protectionfilms24.com/c/ALL/line-6-helix-stadium-xl/?searchfield=Line+6+Helix+Stadium+XL
  10. I do not have to factory reset - the songs play ok after import, then no audio after turning off/on. If I just delete the tracks and re-import them, the audio is back on, but just until the next off/on. I am too hoping it will be dealt with in 1.3.
  11. The Stadium case is exactly the same - the effect sits towards the handle part of the case. However, I have an older THON case for my VOX Tonelab SE, which has the exact same construction, with no problems in years of use.
  12. ”macOS v14, Sonoma, 64-bit (Intel® and Apple Silicon processor types are supported)˝
This is what the manual says.
  13. Just received the THON (Thomann) case for my Stadium. I love their cases - have been using one for many years. Built like a tank AND cheaper than the backpack :). It can be operated from inside the lid. It has room in front (where the vents are) and the unit sits suspended by foam sides about 2 cm in the air, so there is plenty of room for heat dissipation underneath. There is also room behind the unit, for the power cable.
  14. My Stadium LED rings, when I set several/all to the same color, have slight variations in hue (warmer/colder) from one to the other, as if the LEDs are not exactly the same color temperature. You have to really pay attention to see it, but it’s there. Is this normal? It is most obvious on yellow or white. Pic shows yellow -the bottom row a bit towards green.
  15. I have only used it on my desk!
  16. UPDATE - I kept monitoring it and the top side gets a bit warm, specially on the left side (as stated in the first post). However, the underside, specially the left side, towards the back), gets noticeably warm after about 30 minutes of play, and pretty much stays like that (the whole underside seems warm, after a while, but that general area where the power source and DSP chips are gets the warmest. It is not painful to the touch, but pretty warm - like a laptop charger. Is that within specs? Anyone else experiencing that?
  17. Hi, First time post here! Just bought a Stadium XL and I am blown away by it. One of the things I observed is that it is getting warm on the top panel, left of the screen, where the buttons are located (volume etc.). Is that normal and expected? I know that is the general area of the power source, but somehow I didn't expect the top to get warm.
