Hi. My friend gave me his Helix, one of the first models. As far as I am aware he never updated anything and just made his own sounds with it. I followed all the instructions but can't get the computer to recognise the Helix so that it shows up in HXEdit. Tried everything I can think of. Uninstalled and reinstalled everything several times. different cables etc. In the computer settings/devices I can see "Helix" but with "driver error" next to it? Any ideas on how to solve this?
