Hello,
I am having trouble getting my AMPLIFi [Insert your model: 75/150/TT/FX100] to fully sync with the Remote App. I am using a [Insert Phone Model] running [Insert OS version, e.g., Android 13 or iOS 17].
The Bluetooth is paired in my phone's system settings and I can stream music through the speakers without issue. However, when I open the AMPLIFi Remote app, it shows the device as "Connecting..." or "Syncing..." indefinitely, and I cannot access my presets or the editor.
Things I have tried:
Unpairing and re-pairing Bluetooth.
Factory resetting the amp (holding Volume and Tone on startup).
Reinstalling the app.
Is there a specific sequence I should follow to get the app to recognize the hardware? Are there any known compatibility issues with the latest OS updates?
