I'm having the exact same issue, I believe. Doesn't matter if I use the device itself or the desktop app. I can make changes to individual parameters, and even if I save them one by one, they don't actually save. Whatever I've turned on (or off) will essentially change each snapshot. So, it's basically useless at this point. Very frustrating as I can't do anything with this thing.
