I am going through this, too. Able to connect my wifi, but No QR Code, and won't let me log in manually. I go to my PC and download all of the drivers and the latest Helix App, turn the wifi off on the XL, and connect the usb to my PC. When I go to open the Helix App is crashes before I can connect. I do have my Studio One daw and Presonus 68C on this PC. Not sure if that has any bearing on it. I am trying not to throw this thing into the Mississippi.
